Verkada is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for our Enterprise segment to act as the CMO for this line and own marketing, demand generation, and pipeline development. You will drive regional campaigns, events, and partner programs to hit aggressive growth targets worldwide.

You will collaborate with sales, product marketing, and channel partners to shape messaging and assets, while leading thought leadership and executive engagement on physical security and cloud topics.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of B2B marketing experience; 3+ years in Enterprise Marketing.
• Experience with account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time; ability to coordinate multi-team programs.
• Ability to partner with sales, product marketers, and channel partners to build demand.

Responsabilités

• Be the CMO for the Enterprise segment and own marketing and demand generation to build pipeline.
• Execute best-in-class regional and local campaigns, events, and partner programs to hit pipeline goals.
• Run account-based marketing programs and enable sales to implement program elements.
• Drive regional thought leadership and customer executive collaboration in physical security and cloud domains.
• Advise the marketing hub on planning, executing, and measuring impactful demand campaigns.
• Collaborate with top channel partners on marketing and customer engagement approaches.
• Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and assets for the Global segment.
