Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an AVP for Client Services & Client Portal to lead a North America-based team, delivering scalable, client-centric service and supporting the Client Portal. You will act as player-coach, partnering with Sales and stakeholders to meet client needs and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience within asset management, investment servicing, wealth management, financial services, or a related client-facing environment.
• Experience supporting institutional investors, consultants, intermediaries, or retirement clients.
• Experience supporting client-facing technology platforms, digital channels, or portal solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Identify, escalate and help resolve service issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Manage client support activities, including developing service standards and owning processes.
• Lead interactions with Sales and handle escalated client issues.
• Provide mentoring and training to North America-based Client Services team.
• Respond to Client Reporting queries and amendments.
• Liaise with Investment Operations for signatories and related updates.
• Oversee TPRM and 3rd party/vendor management.
• Coordinate client-facing technology platforms, digital channels, or portal solutions.
