Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks a Client Services & Client Portal Sr. Associate to support North American clients and portal activities, working with Sales and internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will help maintain portal documentation, drive adoption through feedback insights, and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality, while collaborating with global teams to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in asset management, investment servicing, wealth management, or related client-facing environment.
• Experience supporting institutional investors, consultants, or retirement clients preferred.
• Experience with client-facing technology platforms or portals is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support North American clients and Client Portal activities to deliver seamless service.
• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to meet client needs and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Technology and Operations to resolve portal issues and improve adoption.
• Monitor client feedback and service trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with global Client Services teams to share best practices.
