Job summary

State Street is seeking a client-focused, proactive AVP to support North American clients and Client Portal activities. Working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders, the role helps deliver a seamless client experience through effective coordination, problem-solving, and service excellence for our clients.

The AVP will serve as a player-coach for the North America-based Client Services team, coordinating with Technology and Operations to resolve issues, improve portal adoption, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in asset management, investment servicing, wealth management, or related client-facing environment.
• Experience supporting institutional investors, consultants, intermediaries, or retirement clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve service issues and potential risks in a timely manner.
• Own processes and lead interactions with Sales.
• Mentor/train members of the team.
• Respond to Client Reporting queries and amendments.
• Coordinate with Technology and Operations to resolve portal issues.
• Oversee user documentation and training resources.
