State Street seeks a Client Services & Client Portal Sr. Associate to support North American clients and our Client Portal experience. You will coordinate with Sales and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience, address issues, and foster efficient service delivery.

In this role you’ll help optimize client-facing digital channels, maintain user resources, and collaborate with global Client Services teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in asset management, investment servicing, wealth management or related client-facing environment.
• Experience supporting institutional investors, consultants, intermediaries, or retirement clients preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience and meet client needs.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve service issues and potential risks in a timely manner.
• Support client reporting queries and amendments; liaise with Investment Operations and third-party/vendor management; support ad-hoc communications.
