Job summary

Big Night Entertainment Group in Everett, MA is seeking Support Staff (Food Runner, Busser) to deliver fast, friendly service in a lively restaurant and venues. A typical day includes greeting guests, delivering utensils, transporting food, and assisting servers.

You will work with bartenders, hosts, and management in a high-energy team, maintain a clean work area, handle alcohol responsibly, and help ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year previous experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant.
• A neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public and co-workers.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members.
• Strong work ethic.
