Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a MYPAC Supervisor to lead clinical, operational, and administrative activities within the program. The role includes providing direct client services, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality, compliant care while supporting day-to-day operations and growth.

The position emphasizes leadership, collaboration with the treatment team, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Licensure or license-eligibility as required by state regulations (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience in clinical mental health services, preferably in community-based settings.
• Experience in leadership and management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care while ensuring documentation meets standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a clinical and operational leader by modeling best practices and adhering to policies and timelines.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for clients.
• Review treatment documentation for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.
• Support daily program operations, including admissions, scheduling, training, and compliance.
• Mentor staff, support onboarding, and provide licensure supervision if applicable.
• Contribute to growth via planning, budgeting, quality improvement, and stakeholder communication.
