Pacific Clinics is seeking a Clinical Team Supervisor to coordinate and supervise a team of therapists and case managers. The role involves ensuring the delivery of mental health services, providing supervision for staff, and participating in staff recruitment and training.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's Degree and have at least three years of relevant experience, along with strong people management and leadership skills. This position offers competitive pay and a robust benefits package.

Formación

• Master's Degree and three or more years of relevant experience, including post-licensure supervisory experience.
• Licensed clinician in Marriage-Family Therapy, Licensed Clinical Social Work, or equivalent.
• Meets state licensing requirements for billable services.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise clinical staff to ensure quality services.
• Provide supervision for staff pursuing licensure.
• Participate in recruitment and training of program staff.
