Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to lead territory activities across Riverside and surrounding CA communities, focusing on hematology and oncology products. Reporting to the Senior District Manager, you will blend clinical expertise with strategic account planning to improve patient outcomes and support brand objectives.

You will build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, and administrators, translate scientific concepts into compelling value

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative, team environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
