Child Development Schools in Edmond, OK is seeking an Assistant Teacher to help create a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, and learning. You will work beside the Lead Teacher to support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth.

From hands-on activities to story time and daily routines, you will contribute to a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe and excited to explore.

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom

Pay And Benefits

Pay: $11.00-$14.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
