Child Development Schools in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our warm, discovery-driven classroom. You will work with the Lead Teacher to deliver engaging activities and support young learners through hands-on experiences.

You will help maintain a safe, organized environment, engage with children, document attendance and daily notes, and communicate with families. The role offers benefits and a pay rate of $11–$14 per hour for full-time staff.

As an Assistant Teacher at Child Development Schools, you will help create a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy. Working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth. From hands-on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.

What Your Day Looks Like

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $11-$14 per hour, based on experience and education.
