The NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) is seeking a Manager of Operations (MWLBE) to lead MWLBE utilization reviews and ensure compliance with regulations and contractual requirements across the portfolio of contracts.

The role oversees day-to-day operations of the Industry Outreach and MWLBE Unit, develops processes, tracks performance, and coordinates policy updates, reporting, and liaison work across divisions to support MWLBE initiatives.

Formación

• A baccalaureate degree is required.
• Six years of full-time experience in project management, design, construction, operations, or related fields; four years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Experience with MWLBE programs or similar diversity initiatives is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the management of people, processes, and projects within the division.
• Resolve day-to-day operational and administrative problems related to policy and practice.
• Create and generate reports for senior management and policy formation.
• Develop and update policies and procedures with best-in-class insights.
• Serve as liaison for multiple departments and units at the SCA.
• Plan, assign, monitor, and evaluate staff performance and staffing decisions.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
