Job summary

NYC School Construction Authority (NYCSCA) is seeking a Manager of Operations (Mentor Programs) to oversee MWLBE utilization reviews and ensure compliance with MWLBE regulations, SCA guidelines, and contracts.

The role coordinates and develops daily operations of the Industry Outreach and MWLBE Diversity Programs, including Mentor and Graduate Mentor Programs, and collaborates with multiple departments to improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Six years of full-time experience in project management, design, construction, operations, administration or a related field.
• Four years of supervisory or management experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of people and/or processes and/or projects to support division goals.
• Participate in day-to-day operations to resolve managerial, operational, and administrative issues.
• Create and generate reports for senior management to address operational issues and policy formation.
