Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a seasoned Data Center Strategy site-selection manager to drive MW-scale deals from sourcing to signing across markets. You will underwrite sites, evaluate power, cooling, fiber, and latency, and manage complex lease structures including NNN, gross, and variations while coordinating with legal, network strategy, and finance.

You’ll build a pipeline, lead technical diligence, present TCO analyses to leadership, and travel approximately 30% to oversee multiple live projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years selecting or leasing hyperscale data centers or MW-scale infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and run MW-scale site pipeline with developers, landlords, and utilities.
• Lead technical diligence on power, cooling, fiber, PUE, and permitting.
• Negotiate NNN/triple-net and adjacent structures (gross, FRI, dedicated halls, powered shell).
• Develop and present TCO/cost-per-MW/NPV analyses to leadership.
