PACK Power, LLC is seeking a Field Technician for the Medium Voltage Division in Spearville, Kansas. The role requires coordinating and executing construction activities safely and efficiently on assigned tasks, with travel to different job sites as needed.

You will lead a small team, read blueprints, ensure quality and schedule adherence, and work with MV switchgear, transformers, and related equipment. Competitive pay with per diem is provided on assignments nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in construction.
• Training and experience in electrical/high voltage preferred.
• Experience with blueprints and control wiring preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures and lead the team to do the same.
• Leads a team of 1-3 apprentices/laborers in the safe and productive construction activities.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
• Assist Senior Journeyman with inventory, tracking, and forecasting of materials.
• May complete required equipment maintenance report and equipment/materials transfer reports.
