Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a Field Labor role for its Medium Voltage Division. You will work alongside craft workers on construction sites nationwide, performing hands‑on installation tasks, equipment operation, and material handling while maintaining safety and efficiency.

A CDL is preferred and per diem is provided on assignment. This position emphasizes physical tasks, safety compliance, and teamwork within a family‑like culture, with opportunities to grow in a high voltage and data center

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6–12 months related construction experience.
• Equipment operator certifications as required per equipment operated.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist crew with physical tasks on site (loading reels, fueling equipment, threading equipment).
• Operate hand tools and assist in installation of underground utilities.
• Coordinate with operators and crew signals for machine actions.
• Maintain clean and safe work locations and report hazards.
• Perform maintenance on equipment and assist with material handling.
• All other duties as assigned by Superintendent or Foreman.
