Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all mutuel line functions processing customer wagering transactions.
• Oversee and motivates employees assigned to mutuel line to achieve goals.
• Maintains positive morale, quality, creativity and teamwork.
• Accounts for division loads, cash handling and reconciling daily cash.
• Ensure compliance with all operational and regulatory requirements.
• Front line liaison to totalizator terminals and systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Disseminates accurate information to customers and cashiers and educates them on offerings.
