You will lead mutuel personnel, manage cash handling, balance cash at shifts, and serve as a front-line liaison for customers while educating staff on offerings and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all mutuel line functions processing wagering transactions.
• Oversee and motivate mutuel line staff to meet goals.
• Maintain a positive working environment and teamwork.
• Reconcile daily cash handling and cashloads to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as front line liaison for mutuel terminals and systems.
• Educate customers and cashiers about offerings and promotions.
• Handle disputes and escalate as needed.
• Operate and monitor TwinSpires deposits/withdrawals as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
