Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Prior public accounting mutual fund/private fund audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting for shareholder reports, financial statements, and regulatory filings in accordance with GAAP, SEC and related requirements.
• Oversee audits, service provider relationships, and internal control environment; drive process improvements and automation.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, Product Management, Fund Administration and service providers to support new products and regulatory developments.
• Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements; provide subject matter expertise on reporting interpretations.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and staff development.
