You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to underwriting basics, and build industry knowledge while developing professional connections and practical experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student to qualify.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
• Demonstrate an interest in learning about the insurance industry, specifically within excess and surplus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate professionally and work part of a team.
• College credit can be earned depending on your institution’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful business projects that support MUSIC’s growth, profitability, and operational goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges and contribute fresh ideas that can make a difference, like AI integration and process improvement.
