This 11-week, full-time internship offers on-the-job assignments, team projects and exposure to senior leadership, with a hybrid work arrangement within commuting distance to Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter, able to take direction and follow instructions.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and perform under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Learn Selective's history, mission and operations.
• Compile daily cash balances and perform cash forecasting; assist in daily/monthly journal entries.
• Prepare monthly cash analysis and maintain SOX documentation; perform test-work.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and respond promptly to requests.
• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships to achieve business goals.
• Convey facts and information clearly in verbal and written form.
