Selective Insurance invites college students to join its Ignite Internship program, a hybrid 11-week, full-time experience at our Dresher, PA or Scottsdale, AZ offices. You will explore the world of insurance through hands-on assignments, team projects, and exposure to senior leadership, building skills in underwriting foundations and business acumen.

• Must be a current college student to qualify.
• Interest in the insurance industry, specifically within excess and surplus.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate professionally and work as part of a team.
• College credit can be earned depending on your institution's requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meaningful business projects that support MUSIC's growth, profitability, and operational goals.
