Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Music Therapist to bring compassionate music therapy to end-of-life care. You will provide therapy per the care plan, assess patient response, and document sessions with HIPAA compliance.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate staff, and participate in quality improvement activities while supporting emotional, physical, and spiritual comfort for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Degree in Music from an accredited school.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.
• Provide music therapy per plan of care; assess patients and determine effectiveness.
• Educate team and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and document sessions promptly.
