Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Sioux City, IA seeks a licensed Music Therapist to enhance palliative care through therapeutic music.

You will design and implement music therapy per plan of care, assess effectiveness, and document sessions, while educating the care team and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

A bachelor’s in music therapy with MT-BC credentials, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks are required; full-time schedule 8:00am–5:00pm, benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background, drug test, and reference checks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide music therapy per plan of care; assess patients and determine effectiveness.
