Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to drive day-to-day sales and store operations while delivering outstanding customer service. You will coach the sales team, manage payroll, inventory, and staff training, promote lesson programs, and ensure product availability and attractive displays across the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support the Sales team to meet sales objectives.
• Stay current on financial data, inventory, and store statistics.
• Ensure all products are available and displayed correctly.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring, and training of store staff.
• Execute daily operational tasks for institutional sales and rental services.
• Promote Music & Arts lesson programs and assist teachers.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
