Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day sales and store operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

You will coach the sales team, monitor inventory, manage payroll, and ensure products are properly displayed and available for purchase. You will also promote lesson programs and support teachers, delivering outstanding service to every customer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage Sales team by coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or any information needed to help meet their sales objectives
• Stay current on financial data, inventory, and other statistics
• Ensure all products in the store are available for purchase and displayed appropriately
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees
• Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for all accounts
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer
• Additional duties as assigned
