Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to run daily sales and operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach the sales team, manage payroll and hiring, and oversee store displays and inventory.

Responsibilities include driving sales objectives, promoting Music & Arts lessons, and ensuring accurate financial data and stats. A High School Diploma and 2 years of experience are required; 3–5 years retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of relevant work experience are expected for this role.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of retail experience in similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales team through coaching, counseling and motivation to meet sales objectives.
• Stay current on financial data, inventory, and other statistics.
• Ensure all products in the store are available for purchase and displayed properly.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees.
• Execute daily operational tasks for institutional sales and rental services for all accounts.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
