About the Role

As Office Staff, you'll be the operational backbone of our front desk - supporting teachers, families, and prospective students while keeping our systems accurate and our office running like clockwork. A year in, you'll know our families by name, our systems inside and out, and you'll have helped shape a front-office experience families rave about.

What You’ll Do

Office Operations

• Run daily front-desk operations and office workflow
• Keep enrollment, billing, and administrative systems accurate and up to date
• Support scheduling and day-to-day operational coordination
• Maintain organized records, communications, and office procedures

Family & Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service to students and families

Recitals & Administrative Accuracy

• Own recital tracking, reporting, and sign-up records
• Support special events, projects, and seasonal initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $21–$23/hour
• Up to $200/month health insurance reimbursement (QSEHRA)

Schedule

3-4 weekdays, approximately 12:00 PM-8:00 PM (exact start time varies by day)

Saturday, 7:45 AM-4:00 PM (required) Approximately 32-40 hours/week
