Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking an Instructor to lead 50-minute, music-driven Pilates classes, delivering safe, challenging sessions and personalized coaching. You will foster a welcoming studio atmosphere, learn clients’ names, celebrate milestones, and contribute to a vibrant community.

Ideal candidates bring energy and consistency, can manage a fast-paced environment, and are committed to continued education and growth with the JETSET Training Academy. CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CPR/AED certification or obtain prior to teaching independently.
• Experience in group fitness instruction is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven 50-minute Pilates classes with safety and consistency.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for all levels.
• Build authentic relationships with members and create a welcoming studio environment.
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and community events to represent the brand.
