Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks energetic instructors to lead 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes, delivering safe, challenging, and consistent sessions. You will coach clients, offer form corrections, and adapt exercises for all levels while fostering a welcoming studio culture.

As part of the team, you’ll build relationships with members, participate in training, and embody the JETSET brand both inside and outside the studio, contributing to ongoing education and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading music-driven Pilates or similar group classes.
• Ability to tailor coaching and modifications for all fitness levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build community within the studio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, music-driven 50‑minute Pilates classes with a safe, consistent experience.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications.
• Inspire clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
