Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to lead 50-minute, music-driven Pilates classes that challenge clients safely and consistently. You will coach individuals, correct form, and modify exercises to accommodate all fitness levels while delivering outstanding hospitality and an elevated studio experience.

As part of a growing brand, you will represent JETSET both in-studio and in the community, participate in trainings, and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, wellness and helping others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven 50-minute Pilates classes with safe, challenging, consistent experience
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and modifications for all fitness levels
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive studio environment and build authentic client relationships
• Represent the JETSET brand through professional conduct, teamwork, and community initiatives
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and ongoing education to improve coaching skills
