Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support the Birmingham and New Orleans booking teams in all aspects of the booking process.

You will help with agenda preparation, artist history research, market analysis, and calendar management, while collaborating with bookers and venues to finalize artist show offers and approvals. The role includes night-of-show settlements support and distribution of show details.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Photoshop or similar programs is preferred.
• Music industry or talent agency background is highly preferred.
• Experience with industry systems like Ticketmaster and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to booking team members.
• Prepare agendas for calls and meetings.
• Research artist history across platforms and documents.
• Research artist traffic in surrounding markets.
• Place holds, manage calendars, and confirm dates for artist shows.
• Create offers with the booker in the database.
• Coordinate with venues to obtain approval on offers.
• Assist with night-of-show settlements and show information distribution.
• Support additional projects as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
