Answers in Genesis Group seeks an Assistant Director of Museum Operations at the Creation Museum in Petersburg, KY. This full-time role partners with the Director of Operations to ensure seamless daily operations in alignment with our mission and core values.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee process improvements, and support staff development while upholding faith-based hospitality and guest experiences.

• Assist in budgeting for departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
