Proven leadership experience in luxury operations.
Strong background in guest-facing roles.
Financial acumen with budgeting and labor-cost management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support Department Heads across the Division to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service delivery.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement and professional growth.
Oversee onboarding/orientation, training & performance management across the vendor partners.
Recognize team achievements while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning alongside the Director of Operations.
