Job summary

Museum of the Bible seeks an Assistant Director of Operations to lead and optimize the Operations Division, ensuring exemplary guest experiences and financial performance.

The role oversees Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Facilities and Security, and acts as Senior Operations leader in the Director's absence. It requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration in a luxury museum setting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in luxury hospitality operations.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service excellence.
• Financial oversight including budgeting and labor cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Division strategy and guest experience initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Facilities and Security.
• Serve as Weekend Leader on Duty and support cross-functional museum operations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to maximize museum revenue.
