Job summary

The Guest Experience Associate at the Museum of Discovery and Science will sell the Museum’s products and programs, handle school, group and camp check-in, and assist with special events for educators and members. The GEA will phone and speak with customers to communicate about reservations, payment deadlines, procedures at the museum, and other policies.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel and the ALTRU Ticketing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in phone sales (1 year or more).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multi-task and stay organized.
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, Word, etc.
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Agent must learn the ALTRU Ticketing System quickly.

Responsibilities
