Job summary

The Denver Art Museum seeks an Assistant Manager of Sales and Group Services to supervise sales teams, group programs, and docents, ensuring high-quality guest experiences across ticketing and reception. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and coordinate with other departments to deliver engaging programs.

Role requires weekend/evening availability, strong customer service, and knowledge of museum offerings.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
Experience with front- and back-office operations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
Experience with Ticketure and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of Sales Associates, Group Programs Associates, and Docent Scheduler.
Schedule management and operational support.
Mentor staff on customer service and best practices.
Maintain knowledge of museum programs and offerings for teachers and visitors.
Ensure accurate cash handling and ticketing processes.
Lead hiring and training to meet institutional needs.
Prepare weekly staffing schedules and conduct performance reviews.
