Creative Discovery Museum is seeking a part-time Guest Relations Associate to run the museum’s ticket desk, assist with Birthday parties, and support the membership program. You will deliver superior customer service, greet visitors, follow museum scripts, and handle transactions at the point of sale with accuracy and courtesy.

This role requires upselling memberships and programs, managing cash drawers, completing end-of-day closing, assisting with cleaning and safety, and supporting events.

Formación

• Superior customer service at all times.
• Able to educate and upsell memberships and programs.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Willingness to work weekends and some nights.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service and greet visitors using museum scripts.
• Educate customers on products, upsell memberships and programs, and meet monthly goals.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle all transactions accurately.
• Maintain cash drawers and ensure adequate change throughout shift.
• Open and close the desk, complete end-of-day procedures.
• Clean and stock the lobby, ticket desk, and membership stand.
• Monitor safety and security, assist in emergencies, and report incidents.
• Deliver Celebrations & Events to guests with high standards of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
