Imagine Children’s Museum seeks a friendly Guest Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service and guide guests through a rich, engaging visit. You’ll handle admissions, memberships, and store interactions while promoting programs and events, and assisting during special events.

The role requires a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends, onsite in Everett, WA. Prior customer service and retail exposure are preferred; basic Word/Excel skills are expected.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working in a retail setting.
• Computer skills using Word and Excel desired

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to museum visitors.
• Orient guests to the Museum and answer questions.
• Process admissions and memberships payments and assist with the Museum Store.
• Promote memberships and provide information about programs and events.
• Interact with visitors and engage them during the visit.
• Prepare exhibits for opening and closing.
• Maintain clean and safe exhibits and visitor areas.
• Participate in special events and staff meetings.
• Be available for evening and weekend work.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Assist with after-hour events as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
