The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-notch guest service. You will manage cashiering, food prep, inventory, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 3 years in a café/POS setting, and at least 1 year in supervision. Flexibility for day, night, weekend shifts; compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with benefits.

• Minimum 3 years' experience with POS systems and café environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Café staff to meet service standards.
• Oversee food preparation, quality service, cleanliness, and processes.
• Perform cashiering, inventory, stocking, and related café duties.
• Maintain professional representation and adherence to company policy.
• Process payments via POS, handle cash and cards accurately.
• Greet guests warmly and uphold honesty and integrity.
