Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, IL is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead and support our café team while delivering outstanding guest service. You will mentor staff, ensure quality food and beverage service, manage POS transactions, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and integrity in a fast-paced museum environment.

This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a café environment or hospitality setting.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Food Manager Safety certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee café staff and ensure quality food and beverage service.
• Coach and mentor café staff
• Train staff in food prep, service, cleanliness
• Maintain professional representation and follow company procedures
• Handle payments using POS, credit/debit processing
• Greet guests and maintain positive attitude
