Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year clerical experience with ticketing, CRM, cash handling.
• Accurate, detail-oriented with strong customer service.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; comfortable with PC/Mac.
• Able to work Wed-Sun; non-standard schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication; multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage visitor relations, admissions, and POS transactions; promote memberships and revenue opportunities.
• Process group sales; maintain CRM data; generate and distribute reports.
• Provide receptionist duties; answer inquiries; assist with staff and volunteers.
