Cherry Hill Township is hiring a Deputy Tax Collector to support the Tax Collector with billing, collections, and daily reconciliation in a municipal setting. The role requires a Certified Tax Collector license and strong customer service skills to assist the public with tax and sewer inquiries.

Minimum of 5+ years in a municipal tax office is preferred and experience with Edmunds Tax and Utility software is required. Deadline-driven with attention to detail is essential.

Responsabilités

• Receive, record, deposit, and reconcile payments for taxes and sewer.
• Prepare daily cash reports and monthly totals.
• Prepare and mail tax and sewer bills.
• Assist with tax lien processes and annual tax sale.
• Provide administrative support and training assistance as needed.
