Job summary

Conrad Consulting is partnering with a multi-disciplined engineering firm in Central Jersey to hire a Municipal Project Manager. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance, while supporting new business development. The ideal candidate holds a B.S.

in Civil Engineering, a NJ P.E. license, 7+ years of municipal/land development experience, and proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• P.E. license in New Jersey is required.
• 7+ years of municipal/land development engineering experience.
• Knowledge of municipal procurement, contract administration, and capital project delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage municipal projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare reports and updates for management and Council.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legislation, and safety standards.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders, residents, and external agencies as required.
