Job summary
Van Cleef Engineering Associates LLC in Mount Arlington, NJ is seeking a Project Manager, Municipal Engineer to lead municipal engineering projects, manage client relationships, and drive business development. You will oversee road, stormwater, and land development projects, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and NJ PE, with 7+ years of relevant experience, strong communication
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, NJ PE required.
- CME, CFM, and/or PP a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure projects.
- Experience in site development preferred.
- Experience speaking before Land Use Boards is a plus.
- proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; GIS/Hydroflow a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead municipal engineering projects including road rehabilitation and utility design.
- Coordinate capital improvement projects for public sector clients.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Prepare work plans, proposals, and cost estimates; manage client communication.
