Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will manage projects from concept through construction, working with public and private sector clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license in New Jersey, 7+ years of transportation engineering and project management, and proficiency with Civil 3D, OpenRoads, and MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience.
• PE license in New Jersey.
• Experience managing roadway, highway, complete streets, or transportation projects.
• Familiarity with NJDOT design standards and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation design projects from proposal through final delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders including NJDOT.
• Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and support professional development.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue future work.
• Support proposals, BD, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and QC procedures.
