• Provide senior oversight for construction management, program management, and project delivery; ensure quality, schedule, and budget control.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and utility interfaces.
• Lead staffing, recruiting, training, and resource planning to support sustainable growth and regional performance.
• Promote consistent project management practices and risk management; manage client engagements and contract administration.
