Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required; PE license preferred or obtainable in Hawaii within 6 months.
• 8+ years direct management of project teams with experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor staff, and drive business development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support business development activities to win new water/wastewater work in Hawaii.
• Manage projects through planning, design, construction, and commissioning within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers; foster client relationships and technical differentiation.
• Coordinate with global and regional leaders to align strategy and execution.
