Construction Management & Development, Inc. (CM&D) seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, design coordination, and construction management for major projects in Hawaii.

You will drive timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction from pre-development through handoff, coordinating with healthcare, senior living, multifamily, and hospitality teams. The role emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and adherence to CM&D’s standards, delivering on-time, on-budget results across a diverse Hawaii

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of construction/project management experience in healthcare, senior living, multifamily residential, hospitality, or institutional projects preferred.
• Experience managing projects through multiple life-cycle phases (predevelopment, design, preconstruction, construction, closeout).
• Graduate degree or PM certification preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day planning, design management and construction management activities.
• Serve as the client’s point of contact with stakeholders, regulators and operators; lead project meetings and brief executives on milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Mentor project staff and manage assignments and weekly meetings.
• Set up planning procedures, budget and schedule controls, and QA/QC programs.
• Oversee permits, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeouts.
