Job summary

Jacobs Hawaii is seeking a Senior Hawaii Water Market Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects for municipal and private clients. You will build and mentor a multidisciplinary team and drive growth in Hawaii's water market while coordinating with regional and global leaders to differentiate our technical solutions.

You will guide projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment, and foster strong client relationships to win new work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in direct management of project teams.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Hawaii or ability to obtain in 6 months.
• Proven experience in planning and designing small to large projects.
• Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams through all phases from concept to closeout.
• Deliver water and wastewater projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and implement Hawaii water market growth strategy.
• Mentor and coach engineers and designers; collaborate with leadership to pursue new work.
• Coordinate with Global Integrated Delivery teams and local leaders to deliver client value.
